The audio of the ordination service which I conducted on Saturday is available online here.  I preached from Hebrews 13:17 on “The Duties of Pastors and their Congregations.”  Three men were ordained as elders at Crossway Baptist Church:  Charlie Henderson, David Rosati, and Jeremy Weaver (my brother).   A PDF of my notes which I used in preaching are available here.  In this message I argue for three aspects of pastoral ministry from the text.  It is a ruling ministry, a watching ministry, and an accounting ministry.
