Here are a few things that wanted to let you know about today:
- My dad has followed up his excellent post on Why Would a Calvinist Go to the Mission Field? with another great one titled Missions and the Sufficiency of God’s Word. You don’t want to miss this post and the post to follow which will focus on the pressures which the missionary faces to abandon in his practice the idea of the sufficiency of Scripture.
- Broadman & Holman, or as they are known now B&H Publishing Group, just keeps getting better and better. Not only do they seem committed to producing substantial biblical and theological literature (like their new series: NAC Studies in Bible and Theology), they are now providing a feature on their product description pages showing links to recent discussion of the book being described. Check out their product description pages for God’s Indwelling Presence and Believer’s Baptism for links to the recent chatter on those volumes on the web.
- For the first time ever, the audio of my current sermon series is completely up to date. This morning I uploaded the audio for the most recent sermon in my series in Matthew. I’m trying to keep these updated on a weekly basis now. To subscribe to the podcast, use this link.
